Make no health or medical claims. Our products keep pets busy and calm; they don't cure anything.
Never post your code on coupon or deal sites, or bid on our name in search ads.

Questions, answered
Is there a follower minimum?
We look for 1,000 or more Instagram followers and real pet content. Growing your page? Your customer code still earns ₹100 for each friend who pays online.
Why a Creator or Business account?
Our check reads your public numbers through Instagram's official tools, which only work for Creator and Business accounts. Switching is free, in Instagram's settings.
How long does the check take?
Usually minutes. If a person needs to take a look, it takes a little longer. Either way, we tell you on WhatsApp and email.
When and how am I paid?
Every Wednesday, to your UPI, for orders that were delivered and stayed past the 14-day return window. You add your UPI ID in your account once you're approved.
What if an order is returned or cancelled?
Then there's no commission on it. A cash-on-delivery order counts once it's delivered and paid for.
Do I have to label my posts?
Yes, always. India's advertising rules (ASCI) ask for a clear label at the start of the caption, and on screen in Reels and Stories. We ask for #ad, the clearest one.
What counts as a post?
A Reel, a Story or a photo of your pet with something from us, tagging @happywhileaway, with #ad in the first line.
How often do I need to post?
There's no quota to join. Top Dog is for ambassadors who post often and sell steadily.
How do my followers use my code?
They type it in the discount box at checkout and get 10% off any order.
What about TikTok and YouTube?
TikTok isn't available in India, so we start with Instagram. Add your YouTube channel if you have one; TikTok joins when we open beyond India.
How do I know a message is really from you?
We only write from hello@happywhileaway.com and our WhatsApp, and we never ask for a password, an OTP or a payment.
Can I leave?
Any time. Write to us and we'll close your code.
